个人简介

邵春林博士,二级研究员,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。先后在日本京都大学、日本国立放射医学综合研究所、英国牛津大学Gray肿瘤研究所等国外著名机构从事科研工作,致力于放射生物学、辐射信号通路与传递等方面的研究,取得了一系列创新性成果,发表论文220余篇,其中SCI论文130余篇,先后获得上海市科技进步一等奖与二等奖、上海市优秀发明金奖、中华预防医学会科学技术奖三等奖、上海医学科技奖二等奖、中国科学院自然科学奖二等奖等奖项。主持科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等省部级以上科研项目20多项,获教育部新世纪优秀人才、上海市浦江人才、上海公共卫生优秀学科带头人等人才项目支持。兼任中国生物物理学会辐射与环境生物物理专委会会长、COSPAR Associate、中国人体健康科技促进会质子重离子放射治疗专委会副主任委员、上海市核学会副理事长,以及其他多个专业学会的常委,是科技部“十四五”重点研发计划重点专项、国家食品药品监督管理总局医疗器械技术审评中心的咨询专家;担任甘肃省重离子医学重点实验室学术委员会主任、多个国家实验室和国家重点实验室的学术委员会委员,Radiat. Med. Prot.副主编,以及Brit. J. Radiol.J. Radiat. Res.Front. Immunol.Front. Oncol.等多个国内外学术期刊的编辑。培养毕业博士、硕士毕业生40多名,其中多人获得上海市优秀毕业生称号、COSPAR杰出青年科学家论文奖、全国学术会议优秀论文奖。

目前主要研究方向

  1. 超高剂量率辐射(FLASH)效应。研究FLASH效应的原初物理化学过程,研究免疫微环境在其中的作用。

  2. 肿瘤放射免疫的分子机制。主要研究肿瘤辐射抵抗的分子调控机制、免疫微环境在其中的作用。

  3. 辐射旁效应与远端效应研究。研究电离辐射非靶效应的分子信号通路与应答机制,研究免疫在其中的作用。
