徐小雅,女,19808月生,中共党员,复旦大学放射医学研究所高级实验师,山东省医学会类器官分会委员2007年毕业于复旦大学,2015年7月-2016年7月美国路易斯安那州立大学干细胞中心访问学者。承担国家自然科学基金项目,中央高校自然科学项目,山东省类器官重点研发计划,参与上海市科委重点项目。主要从事类器官原代分离培养,肿瘤类器官体外药敏体系建立与临床肿瘤病人预后相关性研究。通过手术标本,活检标本和穿刺标本已建立结直肠癌,胰腺癌,卵巢癌,肺癌,乳腺癌,膀胱癌,肝癌等原位肿瘤类器官300余例,并进行直肠癌类器官敏感性与病人新辅助治疗预后相关性研究,成果发表于Cell Stem Cell。参与申请发明专利10项,已授权3项。
